in 2014 Schwans began looking for focused direct marketing expertise to help improve response rates and ROI. They came to the right place! In the 1990's Joe Garritano led a team of data analysts and marketing strategists focused exclusively on Schwans Home Service. That team tested hundreds of direct response techniques and developed several consumer behavior models that had Schwans Home Service profitably acquiring new customers and showing impressive YOY growth. Almost 10 years later, much of that traction has been lost. Though we are starting at square one, we are applying this experience to help improve response rates for one of our favorite consumer brands. This package leverages a critical new partnership with AARP and so far, has shown the best results to date. We look forward to continued experimentation.
